This is a major feature of a community. The coming together of different people and them adopting a style.

Community Management is essential to the growth of a brand or group invested in telling their stories as well as their accomplishments. You may have seen Netflix Naija and other popular brands use their social media platforms to connect with fans and give off a human feel to the brand.

This is the function of a community manager to serve as that trusted friend followers can turn to when in doubt. You also act as their friends too when they have issues or they have good news to share.

Duties of a Community Manager

  • The prompt response to all customer questions and comments
  • Strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns to help grow the brand.
